Job Description:

As a 340B Inventory Analyst, this position will support the 340B program by completing inventory analyses as well as work with the pharmacy and 340B teams to resolve inventory and replenishment issues. This position requires the ability to interact with cross-functional team members including internal and external stakeholders. Duties will also include managing tasks, supporting daily inquiries, coordinating end to end 340B Inventory pickups.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with Inventory Managers and pharmacy staff to address inquiries and remedy issues
Coordinate the day-to-day operational and planning efforts related to 340B inventory deliveries
Maintain 340B account information tracked in Microsoft Teams
Support new program initiatives and enhancement rollouts
Assist Inventory Managers and Senior Analysts with operational objectives and preparing action steps toward achievement of those objectives with management
Work with management to develop short-and-long term goals that meet established objectives and contributing to the overall goals of the 340B team
Work cross functionally with internal and external team members to efficiently address their needs

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in health-related area or must possess transferable skills
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to have:

Knowledge of healthcare/hospital environment, 340B program and inventory management
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Effectively use reports and other analytical tools to help target efforts for maximum results
Demonstrated problem solving, analysis, and resolution at strategic and functional levels
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Proven customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Microsoft Excel experience working with large data sets, a variety of formulas and pivot tables
