This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting strategic initiatives to improve inventory health.
Job Responsibility:
Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting strategic initiatives to improve inventory health
Assisting with the Inventory rationalization process, including verifying inactive materials, identifying duplicates, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure proper categorization and disposition
Performing basic data analysis, preparing reports to support decision-making, and contributing to process improvements within the Materials Management group
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
Basic knowledge of inventory management principles
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Effective collaboration and communication skills
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
Applied Certification (for example: Parts Management Technician)
