Inventory Analyst

• Analyze and interpret data related to inventory levels, order volumes, and warehouse logistics to provide actionable insights for improving efficiency
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of inventory data while identifying opportunities for operational enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, pricing, and warehouse management, to address operational challenges and develop effective solutions
• Utilize system expertise to support and optimize supply chain processes, including procurement and order fulfillment
• Identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvements through detailed data analysis
• Assist in the implementation and utilization of systems such as Infor CloudSuite Distribution, Epicor Prophet21, and NetSuite
• Monitor warehouse operations and provide recommendations for improving picking, packing, and labor utilization
• Support annual inventory audits and physical inventory processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Evaluate warehouse management and logistics software to enhance operational performance
• Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, ensuring timely delivery of results

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, or operations analyst within a wholesale distribution or supply chain environment
• Proficiency in inventory management systems such as Epicor Prophet21, Infor CloudSuite Distribution, Oracle NetSuite, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
• Familiarity with warehouse management and logistics software is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
