We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing inventory levels. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project planning processes and procedures are in compliance with Company standards while maintaining an optimal level of inventory to prevent production delays.
Job Responsibility:
Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels for raw and packaging materials at an optimum level to eliminate write-off costs related to material obsolescence
Production Planning: Coordinate with Production, PPC, and Warehouse teams to translate production and sales forecasts into actionable inventory plans
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to forecast demand, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas for system and process improvement
Reporting: Prepare monthly management review reports, including KPIs like cost variance, delivery performance, and supplier reliability
Supplier Coordination: Support demand planning by monitoring supplier lead times and capacity to ensure a timely supply of materials
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or inventory management within a manufacturing environment
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, BAAN, or Oracle) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
