Job Description

We are looking to recruit an Inventory Administrator to be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and updating inventory records. This role ensures that all stock movements are accurately recorded in the warehouse management system (WMS) and supports the PI Supervisor in improving inventory integrity. This role covers the AM shift 6am - 1.30pm Monday - Friday.

Job Responsibility

  • Cycle Counting – Conduct regular cycle counts to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Stock Investigations – Investigate stock variances, report findings, and assist in implementing corrective actions
  • Stock Adjustments – Update stock records and ensure all adjustments are accurately recorded in Calidus
  • Audit Support – Assist in stock audits and compliance checks to maintain inventory integrity
  • Data Entry & Reporting – Accurately enter stock data and generate inventory reports
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with warehouse teams and stock compliance teams to resolve stock issues
  • Continuous Improvement – Identify potential improvements in stock control processes and contribute to efficiency gains
  • Warehouse Support - Carry out other warehouse duties as required to support operational needs as requested by Management

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Basic training in inventory management or stock control
  • Experience in a warehouse, inventory control, or stock management role
  • Experience working with data entry
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure stock accuracy
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate stock discrepancies
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock movement procedures
