The Inventory Administrator ensures accurate inventory records by managing system data, monitoring discrepancies, and producing timely reports to support operational decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate stock records
Process stock adjustments
Produce monthly and weekly reports
Resolve stock queries by liaising with different departments
Provide administrative support and data support during audits and physical inventory
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience (warehouse or inventory preferred)
Experience using ERP/WMS systems and strong excel skills
High attention to detail with good numeracy and analytical ability
Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
