Job Description

The Inventory Administrator is responsible for supporting offshore and onshore inventory operations through physical inventory counts, material tracking, and data management. This role ensures accurate inventory records, supports material visibility, and maintains organized storage environments in alignment with operational and safety requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform physical inventory counts at offshore facilities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of materials in storage locations
  • Verify material details, including bin locations, descriptions, and quantities, and document discrepancies for reconciliation
  • Capture and maintain inventory data in Excel and other applicable systems
  • Support material organization and reorganization efforts to improve accessibility and inventory visibility
  • Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting the control of critical materials offshore
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure inventory aligns with work orders and operational needs

Requirements

  • Experience with inventory counting, warehouse operations, or material coordination preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic data entry/management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately track materials and quantities
  • Ability to work independently in remote/offshore environments
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance with operational procedures
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
