Job Responsibility:
Managing 50+ telecommunication tickets that may involve data entry, troubleshooting, critical thinking, inventory management, asset management
Traveling to London, OH site to take inventory of the phones, etc./technology as it is sent/received
Some data entry aspects to track assets
Managing the transfer of iPhones from AirWatch to Intune
Create Technical documentation with application functionality and test methods, various flow diagrams (Business/Functional)
Plans and conducts formal mentorship activities for peers and/or lower-level staff via verbal instruction or technical documentation
Requirements:
2-year college degree
4 plus years of relevant experience
Experience within infrastructure (telecom / Intune/ MDM)
Resolving tickets / critical thinking skills
Local to Ohio and comfortable with travel within the State
Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel)
Experience with asset inventory
Ability to work remotely within a team environment and able to function with little/no supervision
Strong work ethics
Willingness to be trained up to speed within telecom functions, etc. of the organization
Intune and Tango management
Strong understanding of mobile device management
Knowledge of Tango management for managing mobile phone devices, processing orders
Some sales experience
Good customer service
Experience with leading training
A valid driver’s license
Extensive travel is required throughout the state of Ohio
