Job Description:

Illumio is looking for a warm, polished, and highly organized Interview Experience Coordinator to support our in-person interview experience. This role is the first and last impression candidates have when they visit our office and plays a critical part in ensuring every onsite interview feels welcoming, seamless, and reflective of Illumio’s values. This is an entry-level contract role ideal for someone with experience in hospitality, fitness studios, front desk roles, event hosting, or customer-facing environments who loves interacting with people and creating exceptional experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet candidates as they arrive onsite and provide a warm, professional welcome
  • Serve as the onsite point of contact for candidates throughout their visit
  • Coordinate closely with recruiters, interviewers, and office teams to ensure interviews stay on schedule
  • Maintain interview spaces (conference rooms, candidate waiting areas) so they are clean, prepared, and welcoming
  • Represent Illumio with confidence, professionalism, and warmth
  • Handle last-minute changes or candidate needs calmly and professionally

Requirements:

  • Exceptional people skills — friendly, calm, confident, and approachable
  • Strong background in hospitality, gyms/fitness studios, front desk, events, retail, or customer service
  • Comfortable being the face of the company and interacting with executives, interviewers, and candidates
  • Highly reliable and punctual
  • Able to stay composed and professional in fast-paced or high-visibility environments
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks and basic tools (Microsoft, Slack)
