Job Description

Baylor Scott and White Health in Greater Austin Region is seeking a BE/BC interventional radiologist to develop and expand interventional radiology services. The candidate would join a growing division of diagnostic and interventional radiologists, currently supporting four hospitals and multiple outpatient imaging facilities in the Austin metro area.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and expand interventional radiology services
  • Full spectrum of interventional radiology including interventional oncology, endovascular (venous and arterial) procedures, UFE, PAE
  • Help grow additional service lines
  • Provide on-site coverage to multiple hospitals
  • Outpatient IR clinic services
  • Some interpretation of vascular diagnostic imaging

Requirements

  • Doctorate Degree in Medicine
  • Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
  • Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
