Job Description:

Precise is recruiting Interventional Cardiologist to a cardiology investigation Hospital in Jamaica. The role involves enhancing clinical and interventional cardiology programs, performing diagnostic studies, and contributing to emergency on-call rota.

Job Responsibility:

  • Enhance the Client’s Clinical Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology programs
  • Undertake outpatient consultative practice
  • Perform and interpret cardiovascular diagnostic studies including Echo, Stress Test, Holter, and ECG
  • Perform interventional cardiology procedures
  • Contribute to telemetry services and the Client’s satellite outpatient locations on a weekly/biweekly basis as required
  • Admit and manage patients at the Hospital CCU
  • Contribute to the emergency on-call rota
  • Participate in groundbreaking research in collaboration with Yale University

Requirements:

  • English fluency is non-negotiable
  • Completed specialized training in interventional cardiology, proven by a Certificate of Completion of Training or equivalent
  • Hold a specialist registration status from an established medical board
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in interventional cardiology
  • Enjoy providing personalized and holistic care to individual patients
  • Highly skilled in effective patient-doctor communication
