Job Description:

Intervention Tutor / Academic Mentors position at an Outstanding Secondary School in Gravesend, Kent. The school has the highest academic aspirations for all pupils whilst maintaining a caring, family-orientated culture, alongside a rich and diverse curriculum. The school has a strong music history and a creative focussed curriculum.

Job Responsibility:

Work across your desired subject specialism – English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Social Sciences etc
Carrying out 1-2-1 and group interventions with a focus on raising attainment
Working across KS3, KS4 & KS5 – assisting pupils inside and outside the classroom
Helping with exam preparation & revision sessions
Supporting SEN Students with Targeted Interventions
Assist pupils with university applications (Oxbridge interviews etc)
Providing whole class support within your chosen subject specialism
Running small group interventions

Requirements:

1st Class / 2:1 Graduate from a top-University
Strong academic background
Hardworking & committed to helping all students excel
Perfect for a future Secondary Teacher
