An Interpreter facilitates communication between current students who are deaf/hard of hearing in all academic aspects of the university experience. Including but not limited to, classroom lectures, academic advising, field trips, and internships.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required
Two (2) years of directly related experience is required
Education or native like ASL skills may substitute for experience
Level III - National Interpreting Certification is required and must be a member in good standing
Full Interpreting License is required and must be maintained
Level II - Temporary Interpreting License is required and must be maintained
Must be actively working towards National Interpreting Certification
