Job Description:

In your role as an Interoperability Team Leader at the INFINIDAT Solutions team, you will lead a highly skilled unit responsible for ensuring the Interoperability, availability, stability, and seamless integration of our core product, the iBox. You will drive the rapid implementation of new solutions across a diverse ecosystem of client platforms and third-party services, ensuring top-tier compatibility without compromising on system performance. In this position, you will work closely with various company departments, including Product Management, R&D, Professional Services, and Support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing engineers in the team as they navigate complex interoperability challenges, overseeing their work throughout the software design, implementation, and debugging phases
  • Investigate and analyze complex system-level issues to ensure product stability
  • Participate in technical reviews – requirement reviews, development design reviews, test design reviews and field report reviews
  • Test planning, design and execution for the company’s products
  • Setting up and maintaining long-running hardware and software test environments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Lead
  • At least 5 years of experience in testing complex, distributed software systems
  • Strong Linux knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud environments and Virtualization technologies (VMware/KVM)
  • Solid understanding of Storage architectures (both SAN and NAS)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with enterprise storage testing
  • Knowledge of storage protocols (Fiber Channel, SCSI, iSCSI, CIFS/SMB, NFS, S3)
  • Scripting skills (Python and shell)
  • Practical knowledge of computer networking
