• Prior fulltime/part time or internship experience in the industry
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Additional language of Mandarin, German, Russian or French will be advantage
• Ability to work in a multicultural team with flexible work schedule in the shifts and during weekends
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly as per the Four Seasons benchmark standards of service
• Able to use the computers and other hospitality systems
