Job Description

You will become part of an international team responsible for managing and continuously improving quality standards within the wholesale and retail network of the Volkswagen Group worldwide. The department coordinates the ISO 9001 certification across markets, supports brands in quality management topics and develops training concepts for auditor qualification. In close collaboration with internal stakeholders, the team also creates quality checklists and supports cross-brand and cross-market quality initiatives. The internship offers valuable insights into global quality processes, standards and collaboration within an international automotive group.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the team in daily activities related to quality management processes
  • Preparing and coordinating meetings with international markets and internal stakeholders
  • Creating and analyzing quality process evaluations and documentation
  • Supporting the preparation and implementation of the ISO 14001 project
  • Assisting in the creation of checklists and training materials for quality topics

Requirements

  • Students of economics, business administration or a comparable field of study
  • Good to very good academic performance
  • English language level C1
  • Practical experience in working with common IT applications (e.g. MS Office)
  • Team-oriented mindset, structured working style and willingness to learn
