Job Responsibility

Work on user interface (UX) content to help Sigma increase consistency and give customers an excellent experience across product surfaces
Audit, write, and refine UX content and related guidelines for our product’s navigation, buttons, links, tooltips, and error messages
Own a project from concept to delivery during your internship in collaboration with our product designers and engineers
Delight customers with simple, straightforward, and friendly content
Collaborate with product management, user research, customer success, and support team members to actively seek customer feedback
Be mentored by an experienced content designer and product design team members
