As an intern at Johnson & Johnson, you will support the enhancement of our global learning programs. You will explore existing materials and identify gaps to develop new training solutions across various business units. Your goal is to create sustainable, scalable learning journeys that empower departmental trainers and improve educational outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct Needs Analysis: Audit current training assets and identify specific development requirements within the organization
  • Design Learning Journeys: Create comprehensive programs focused on adult learning theories, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Select Delivery Methods: Determine the most effective digital or physical formats for each module to maximize engagement
  • Enhance Trainer Capability: Support the professional growth of trainers to ensure more effective knowledge transfer

Requirements:

  • HBO/WO Bachelor or Master in: Educational Sciences, Learning and Development, Educational Psychology or Instructional Design
  • Available for the minimum of 6 months
  • Can speak English
  • Can start as soon as possible
  • Available for 32 to 40 hours per week
