Job Description

The primary focus of this internship is to support the Global Talent Acquisition team in the planning, coordination, and organization of interviews, while ensuring continuous and structured follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will play a key operational role in managing interview logistics, coordinating calendars, and acting as a point of contact to guarantee a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan and organize multiple interviews across different regions and time zones
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling and coordination between candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure timely and proactive follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Support the internship recruitment cycle from vacancy launch to conducting first interviews
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, including employer branding and other strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and hiring managers to ensure efficiency and quality in recruitment processes

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Psychology, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Italian (any additional language is a plus)
  • Highly organized with strong planning and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn about Talent Acquisition
