As a Recruitment intern, you will be part of the central recruitment team at NTS. You will work closely with the Recruitment Business Partner, HR colleagues, and hiring managers spread across multiple locations in the Netherlands and beyond. Together, we work on attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent within a high-tech manufacturing company in motion.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting in vacancy intakes, drafting and posting vacancies, following up on applicants and (telephone) screenings
Scheduling interviews, follow-up, and active participation in onboarding
Sourcing candidates and building talent pools
Managing and improving the ATS (Recruitee), workflows, and templates
Contributing to Employer branding and labor market communication campaigns
Researching improvements in process optimization, automations, (AI) tools, and enhancing the entire candidate journey
Supporting in organizing student events or campus activities
Requirements:
3rd/4th year student of a bachelor's program in HRM, communication, (applied) psychology, business administration, or a similar field
Available 4 to 5 days per week on-site in Eindhoven
Proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy working collaboratively
Well-organized and can handle busy environments
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
