Supports the planning, development, and implementation of student-centered career programming, advising, and employer engagement activities focused on graduate student career development
Working with students, alumni, employers, recruiters, and campus partners, this position applies career services concepts, policies, and procedures to support programs of moderate scope and complexity, including career readiness workshops, employer information sessions, industry panels, mentoring opportunities, recruiting activities, and other student career development offerings
Advises students and alumni on career exploration, internship and job search strategies, professional communication, interviewing, networking, and goal setting, while helping them identify interests, values, skills, and potential barriers to career success
Supports outreach, communication, participation tracking, and the use of career services technology platforms to increase student engagement with career resources and opportunities
