Job Description

We are offering at La Miranda- The Global Quality School an internship for university and vocational (FP) students interested in learning the role of administration and management within an educational setting. This internship provides hands-on experience across a variety of administrative and operational areas, allowing students to build a solid foundation for their future careers.

Job Responsibility

  • Performing basic administrative duties, such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
  • Managing school email accounts and internal communications
  • Gaining exposure to finance-related activities, including invoicing, budgeting, and contract creation
  • Assisting with admissions processes, including student registration and documentation
  • Creating and preparing official school documents
  • Supporting school bus logistics and coordinating schedules
  • Learning about sales processes, budgeting, and financial tracking
  • Briefing staff and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university or vocational (FP) program
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
