As a member of Kailera’s growing and passionate Medical Affairs team, you will gain hands-on experience in the development of Medical Communications projects. Over the course of your internship, you will contribute to publications, educational slide decks, congress planning, and medical information response letters. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across Kailera (including Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial) in the planning and execution of these deliverables. Interns will have the opportunity to lead a medical communications project, gaining project management and leadership experience over the course of the internship.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the planning and development of scientific abstracts and posters
Collaborate with Medical Directors and Medical Science Liaisons to develop educational slide decks approved for external use
Participate in cross-functional congress planning meetings and support the execution of congress deliverables
Develop standard and custom response letters to address medical information queries
Support medical operations in tracking project timelines, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal processes
With guidance, lead the development of a medical communications project (for example, a scientific poster or an educational slide deck)
