Job Description:

Academic internship for students looking to complete the Program requirements. The internship will commence in January or February with a minimum of 12 weeks. Join the Learning Delivery (L&D) team at the Service Office of IKEA Belgium to steer and support the development of co-workers and boost growth from within.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the development of a national training plan aligned with strategic priorities
Exploring opportunities to enhance our current learning infrastructure
Assisting in the delivery of digital initiatives and ensuring alignment with development goals
Integrating, maintaining and updating learning resources to ensure accessibility and relevance
Monitoring training attendance and engagement, and contributing to reporting and analysis
Collaborating with stakeholders at country level and in our units to identify learning needs and propose innovative solutions

Requirements:

Student in human resources, management or similar fields
Strong knowledge of English, and either French or Dutch
Curiosity, analytical thinking, and strong eagerness to contribute
Motivated to learn
