Job Description

Internship position in Engineering Support, assisting with continuous improvement projects and workshops.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in continuous improvements (CI) workshops and follow up the CI projects progressively
  • Conduct research and gather data to support project objectives
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and develop creative solutions
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in any Engineering, Applied Science or Pure Science program in an accredited university or college
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate cross functional departments and production
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
