Job Description

During your internship you will drive topics around customer-centricity and experience within our international service department. You will work within our multi-cultural, dynamic and interdisciplinary service product and business management team as well as with colleagues in different functions from multiple countries. Furthermore, you will support tasks related to strategy development and growing the sales of services across different international organizations. Your key tasks will be to promote knowledge sharing via best practices, establish comprehensive overviews for decision making and market research / analysis to support our ongoing projects. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of strategy and management meetings by maintaining our relevant strategic KPIs. Finally, you will gain experience in several different topics such as market insight gathering, competitor comparison, and the development and testing of new business models or services.

Requirements

  • studies in the field of Economics, Business, Marketing or comparable
  • relevant professional work experience
  • confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams)
  • first experiences with Power BI are a plus
  • you excel at taking creative, entrepreneurial initiative with a structured and independent approach, maintaining a strong customer-oriented mindset, and demonstrating rapid problem-solving and adaptability to new situations
  • very good in English and good in German
  • enrollment at university
