During your internship, you will support the optimization of logistics processes and various projects aimed at achieving our strategic logistics goals. You will independently take on work packages for these as part of the introduction of a new ERP system and various logistics projects. You will be responsible for updating logistics-related KPI reports and will have the opportunity to contribute your knowledge to improving existing tools and processes within the eBike logistics planning department. In addition, you will support project managers in the preparation, documentation and implementation of complex projects in the area of logistics innovation and IT. Furthermore, you will work in interdisciplinary teams on future solutions for the standardization and optimization of internal processes. This includes process description, verification, documentation and visualization. Take an active role in the analysis and documentation of existing processes, the derivation of optimization concepts and the presentation of these to project managers and their team. Last but not least, you will professionally reconcile a wide variety of requirements within an international environment. Your ideas are in demand. Utilize your learning agility to help us introduce new methods and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Studies in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or comparable with good grades
  • Competent handling of MS Office
  • Knowledge of materials management and logistics
  • Experience with MS Power BI and other programming languages
  • Familiarity with SAP R/3 and S/4 HANA
  • Business fluent in English and very good in German
  • Enrollment at university
