Job Description:

Internship opportunity to gain work experience abroad in Italy. Roles available in Reception, Entertainment, or a Combination of both. Work at a campsite in Northern Italy, organizing activities or providing front office service in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organise all kinds of fun activities for young and old (sports activities, fitness classes, kids activities, evening shows, fun projects within the Apply Goes Green program)
  • As a receptionist: be the first point of contact for guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, provide information about the campsite and local attractions, handle bookings and payments, address guest inquiries, support administrative tasks
  • During a combination internship: spend one half of the day working at reception and one half of the day in another department such as entertainment or bar/restaurant

Requirements:

  • Available between April and October (dates to be agreed, depending on the number of internship hours)
  • Enthusiastic about working with children, sports, fitness, dance and/or enthusiastic about providing customer service in the front office
  • Good communication skills in English and preferably also (a little) German. Extra languages are always a plus
  • You are independent, flexible, positive and enthusiastic
  • 18 years or older
