Job Description:

As an HR Trainee, you will gain unique insight into the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department within an international hotel environment. You will support both administrative processes and people-focused initiatives. In this role, you’ll be given responsibility, room to take initiative, and the chance to contribute directly to a professional and warm HR policy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Help develop recognition procedures for onboarding, crossboarding, offboarding, birthdays, and other milestones
  • Organize welcome days and assist with other initiatives that highlight our team members
  • Prepare documents related to recruitment and onboarding
  • Support the creation of training plans per role and help design internal development tracks
  • Assist with communication to team members and external partners
  • Help optimize HR administration by organizing templates, processes, and policies
  • Contribute to HR projects focused on well-being, employer branding, and internal communication

Requirements:

  • Currently studying Hotel Management, Human Resources Management, Office Management, or a related field
  • Detail-oriented, discreet, and have a positive attitude
  • Enjoy working both independently and in a team
  • Speak fluent Dutch and English
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and guest-oriented
  • Proactive and take initiative
  • Digitally creative and innovative (e.g., Canva, Kahoot, etc.)
