As an HR Trainee, you will gain unique insight into the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department within an international hotel environment. You will support both administrative processes and people-focused initiatives. In this role, you’ll be given responsibility, room to take initiative, and the chance to contribute directly to a professional and warm HR policy.
Job Responsibility:
Help develop recognition procedures for onboarding, crossboarding, offboarding, birthdays, and other milestones
Organize welcome days and assist with other initiatives that highlight our team members
Prepare documents related to recruitment and onboarding
Support the creation of training plans per role and help design internal development tracks
Assist with communication to team members and external partners
Help optimize HR administration by organizing templates, processes, and policies
Contribute to HR projects focused on well-being, employer branding, and internal communication
Requirements:
Currently studying Hotel Management, Human Resources Management, Office Management, or a related field
Detail-oriented, discreet, and have a positive attitude
Enjoy working both independently and in a team
Speak fluent Dutch and English
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and guest-oriented
Proactive and take initiative
Digitally creative and innovative (e.g., Canva, Kahoot, etc.)
