Job Responsibility

  • Being involved in Global HR projects related to our Global HR Strategy
  • Participate in multiple projects across different areas of the business
  • HR Analytics
  • Performance Review
  • Event management – such as organizing international HR Away Days
  • Developing professional and on-brand presentations
  • Supporting the Global HR Business Coordinator with day-to-day queries
  • Supporting projects in areas such as Employee Experience, Internal Communications, Rewards & Recognition, and ESG/CSRD activities

Requirements

  • 3rd or 4th year Bachelor’s student, or currently pursuing a Master’s degree HR-, Psychology-, or Business-related study
  • Available for a minimum of 4 days a week and able to come to Hilversum 3 days a week
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities at the same time
  • A quick learner who enjoys working independently and taking ownership
  • Comfortable working with AI-based tools and sensitive data, with a good understanding of confidentiality, data privacy, and responsible use
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with Canva, Lucidchart or similar
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented

An extra language is a plus

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Tech-savvy, with an analytical mindset and a proactive approach

  • Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
