As a Hotel Operations & Transformation Intern, you will support the Managing Director in daily operations and upcoming change projects within the hotel. In the coming months, the hotel will undergo important transformation initiatives, and you will play an active role in supporting their implementation. This internship offers hands-on exposure to change management in practice, including process alignment, cross-departmental collaboration, and supporting teams through organizational developments in an international hospitality environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Managing Director in operational and change-related projects
Assist in the coordination and implementation of upcoming transformation initiatives
Contribute to process improvements and organizational alignment
Support internal communication and engagement during periods of change
Help monitor progress and ensure follow-up on action plans
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management (mandatory)
Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months
Fluent English (Dutch is an asset)
Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn
Enjoy working both independently and in a team
Nice to have:
Dutch language skills
