Job Description

As a Hotel Management Support Intern, you will work closely with and support the Managing Director in the hotel’s daily operations and various management projects. You will contribute to creating seamless guest experiences, maintaining efficient operational processes, and supporting a collaborative and professional team environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Support daily hotel operations by assisting the Managing Director in ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to brand standards
  • Contribute to guest satisfaction by engaging with guests, following up on feedback and helping ensure a warm, professional experience throughout their stay
  • Assist with team coordination by supporting communication between departments and contributing to a positive, engaged team culture
  • Work on commercial and performance tasks such as monitoring key metrics, helping identify opportunities to improve revenue or efficiency
  • Participating in activities like team briefings and problem-solving discussions

Requirements

  • You are currently studying for a master’s in Hospitality Management
  • You speak English fluently (any additional languages are a plus)
  • You enjoy working with people and communicate easily
  • You work proactively and feel comfortable taking initiative
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • You thrive in a dynamic, international workplace
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy solving problems
