The Finance Regulation and Solutions Analyst contributes to the monitoring and interpretation of new financial regulations and supports the implementation of related processes and solutions within a complex IT and reporting environment. The role also assists the Financial Regulatory Reporting team by helping translate regulatory changes into compliant and efficient reporting practices.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and assess the impact of new prudential regulation on the on the Bank (CRD6/CRR3, IFRS, EBA Guidelines,)
Supports the implementation of regulatory requirements and monitor the changes required in the accounting and reporting systems
Assess financial data to identify issues, simulate impacts and issue recommendations while using tools such as Excel/PowerBI/Business Object
Develop knowledge of accounting principles and financial instruments in the banking sector
Develop project management and process/systems analysis skills
Requirements:
To be enrolled in a master’s degree program
Good analytical skills to navigate in a high number of complex publications, isolate what is relevant for the bank, and deliver concrete outcomes in a concise manner
Good understanding of European banking regulations (CRD, CRR, EBA guidelines, National Competent Authorities' requirements) and ability to interpret and apply them
Education in Accounting and Financial Analysis
Ability/Willingness to work with multiple financial systems within a complex architecture and organization
Fluent in French and English
