Job Description

The Finance Regulation and Solutions Analyst contributes to the monitoring and interpretation of new financial regulations and supports the implementation of related processes and solutions within a complex IT and reporting environment. The role also assists the Financial Regulatory Reporting team by helping translate regulatory changes into compliant and efficient reporting practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and assess the impact of new prudential regulation on the on the Bank (CRD6/CRR3, IFRS, EBA Guidelines,)
  • Supports the implementation of regulatory requirements and monitor the changes required in the accounting and reporting systems
  • Assess financial data to identify issues, simulate impacts and issue recommendations while using tools such as Excel/PowerBI/Business Object
  • Develop knowledge of accounting principles and financial instruments in the banking sector
  • Develop project management and process/systems analysis skills

Requirements

  • To be enrolled in a master’s degree program
  • Good analytical skills to navigate in a high number of complex publications, isolate what is relevant for the bank, and deliver concrete outcomes in a concise manner
  • Good understanding of European banking regulations (CRD, CRR, EBA guidelines, National Competent Authorities' requirements) and ability to interpret and apply them
  • Education in Accounting and Financial Analysis
  • Ability/Willingness to work with multiple financial systems within a complex architecture and organization
  • Fluent in French and English
