Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams with day‑to‑day operational tasks
  • Assist with special finance projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Help clean up, review, and maintain financial master data (vendors, partners)
  • Support invoice processing, payment follow‑ups, and basic reconciliations
  • Assist with data checks, reporting, and documentation of procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial administration

Requirements:

  • WO (preferred) or HBO student in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics or Business Administration
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel
  • Analytical skills with attention to details
  • Accurate and numerate
  • Hands-on and able to work both independently and with respect to deadlines
  • You’re motivated, eager to learn and have good communication skills
  • You’re fluent in English – written and verbal
