Reporting to the Finance Manager, the intern’s primary objective is to support the controlling and accounting teams with various tasks, from administrative work to performing financial analysis or booking entries in the ERP system. He/she will be involved in preparing financial reports, assisting with account reconciliation, budget exercise analysis, Audit exercise, Good Receipt/Invoice Receipt review…etc.
Job Responsibility:
Shadow members of the Controlling and Accounting department as they perform their duties
Assist with research, filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents
Learn how to work as part of the Finance team to compile and analyse data, track information, and support the business stakeholders, clients and vendors
Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about controlling, accounting and office operations
Requirements:
Education degree in Finance and Accounting, preferably a master's degree
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn on a daily basis
Ability to get used to new software systems in a short time
