Job Description

The Food & Beverage Intern supports the F&B team in delivering exceptional guest experiences across various outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banqueting. This internship provides a comprehensive, hands-on learning opportunity in a fast-paced hospitality environment, allowing the intern to gain practical knowledge of food service operations, guest interaction, and teamwork. Job Responsibility

Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
Polish silverware, refill condiment containers and crumb tables
Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service
assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages
Breakdown, clean and set-up buffets and food stations
Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Develop and present a project work to reinforce training

Requirements

Student currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality or a related field
Genuine enthusiasm for guest service and curiosity about the hospitality industry
Excellent personal presentation and communication abilities, with confidence in interacting with guests and colleagues
Collaborative mindset and willingness to support different areas of the department when needed
Availability to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Clear written and verbal communication skills, in English and Spanish
Capacity to lift, carry, and balance trays or equipment safely and effectively during service operations
Commitment to upholding Four Seasons standards of quality, courtesy, and service excellence
Legal right to work in Spain
Professional /Technician Degree
High Language Ability in Spanish and English
