Job Description

During this internship, you will become part of our vibrant Food & Beverage team and gain first-hand experience in the daily operations of a modern international hotel. You’ll discover what it takes to deliver an outstanding guest experience—from welcoming guests with genuine warmth to ensuring impeccable service throughout their stay. Job Responsibility

  • Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and excellent first impression
  • Take and process food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with Marriott standards
  • Assist in setting up, maintaining, and clearing tables before and after service
  • Support the team in mise-en-place, including preparing service stations and restocking supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and the kitchen team to ensure smooth hotel operations
  • Contribute to special events, banquets, or group reservations when needed.

Requirements

  • You are currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
  • You are passionate about service and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences
  • You have a hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented mentality
  • You work accurately with attention to quality, safety, and hygiene standards
  • You speak English fluently and/or Dutch (other languages are a plus)
  • You are enthusiastic about the hospitality industry and eager to learn.
