Job Responsibility
Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and excellent first impression
Take and process food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with Marriott standards
Assist in setting up, maintaining, and clearing tables before and after service
Support the team in mise-en-place, including preparing service stations and restocking supplies
Ensure cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas
Collaborate closely with colleagues and the kitchen team to ensure smooth hotel operations
Contribute to special events, banquets, or group reservations when needed.
Requirements
You are currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
You are passionate about service and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences
You have a hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented mentality
You work accurately with attention to quality, safety, and hygiene standards
You speak English fluently and/or Dutch (other languages are a plus)
You are enthusiastic about the hospitality industry and eager to learn.
