Job Description

During this internship, you will become part of our vibrant Food & Beverage team and gain first-hand experience in the daily operations of a high-end hotel. You’ll discover what it takes to deliver an outstanding guest experience — from welcoming guests with genuine warmth to ensuring impeccable service throughout their stay. Our Hotel Internship Program allows you to truly experience the industry from the ground up. Job Responsibility

  • Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
  • Take and process food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with Marriott standards
  • Assist in setting up, maintaining, and clearing tables before and after service
  • Support the team in mise-en-place, including preparing service stations and restocking supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Contribute to special events, banquets, or group reservations when needed

Requirements

  • Currently studying Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field
  • Passionate about service and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences
  • Have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a dynamic team
  • Speak English at a work proficiency level (other languages are a plus)
  • Enthusiastic about the hospitality industry and eager to learn
