Requirements

You are currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field

You have a hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented mentality

You speak English fluently and/or Dutch (other languages are a plus)

Job Responsibility

Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and excellent first impression
Take and process food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with Marriott standards
Assist in setting up, maintaining, and clearing tables before and after service
Support the team in mise-en-place, including preparing service stations and restocking supplies
Ensure cleanliness, order, and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas
Collaborate closely with colleagues and the kitchen team to ensure smooth hotel operations
Contribute to special events, banquets, or group reservations when needed.

Direct the end-to-end coordination of creative projects, partnering with internal teams across creative, production, premedia, and account functions to move work from development to final delivery
Prepare project estimates and client proposals using established pricing frameworks, then monitor spending throughout execution to support accurate billing and healthy account performance
Build and maintain detailed project schedules, track milestones, and adjust plans proactively in collaboration with key stakeholders to keep deliverables on time
