Job Description:

We're seeking an AI / Digital Worker Solutions Engineer Intern to help our clients successfully implement and operate Digital Workers on Maisa's Studio platform. In this hands-on role, you'll work directly with customers to identify automation opportunities, design and build Digital Workers, and ensure the successful deployment of AI solutions that transform their business processes. You'll combine AI prompting expertise, technical integration skills, and business process knowledge to deliver high-value automation solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Client Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with our team and work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify high-value automation opportunities
  • Participate in the design and implementation of Digital Workers using Maisa's Studio platform to address specific client use cases
  • Develop effective AI prompting strategies that enable Digital Workers to execute tasks accurately and reliably
  • Configure API integrations and data connections to enable Digital Workers to interact with client systems
  • Build and refine Digital Workers through iterative development and testing
  • Document implementation details and create knowledge transfer materials for client teams
  • Client Enablement & Support: Provide technical troubleshooting and optimization support for deployed Digital Workers
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve Digital Worker performance and capabilities
  • Support clients in scaling their Digital Worker implementations across additional use cases
  • Solution Development & Knowledge Building: Document successful implementation patterns and contribute to the internal knowledge base
  • Stay current on Maisa platform capabilities and contribute to feature feedback
  • Maintain expertise in AI prompting techniques and best practices
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the platform based on client needs
  • Share insights and learnings with the broader solutions engineering team

Requirements:

  • Relevant educational degree in computer science, engineering, automation, or business
  • Familiarity with API integration concepts and data connectivity approaches
  • Understanding of business process automation concepts and implementation approaches
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of common enterprise systems and data structures
  • Availability to travel to the Client's on-site locations or other events

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI prompt engineering or designing LLM-based solutions
  • Understanding of business process automation concepts and implementation approaches
