Job Responsibility

Attend weekly client meetings to understand and analyze client needs and expectations
Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, campaign managers, and project managers
Create, monitor, and optimize CRM campaigns using various marketing tools
Analyze campaign performance and prepare clear, insightful reports and presentations for clients
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
Manage customer support for our client’s Romanian-speaking audience, ensuring timely and effective communication
