Job Responsibility

  • Supporting Project & Campaign Management across all current Brand Campaigns & Packaging Processes
  • Maintaining a high-level overview of status and campaign progress within all marketing departments
  • Working together with & Resourcing a great team of in-house creative art directors, graphic designers, dtp-ers, project managers and freelancers
  • Assisting with Creating & Maintaining our campaign's Concept to Launch Process & Critical Path's
  • Supporting the Creative & Production teams in Digital Asset Management (Adobe DAM/Brand Portal)
  • Assisting the Traffic Manager in fostering cross-functional collaboration within the Marketing department
  • Using MONDAY to perform Record Keeping on each step within the Concept to Launch Process
  • Supporting the Pre- & Post- shoot processing & planning with Production & Creative teams, as well as external Third Parties
  • Contact person for different departments within Hunkemöller HQ, countries Head Offices and external suppliers

Requirements

  • Passionate about marketing, communication and fashion in general
  • Strong interest in Marketing & Business strategy, specifically within the Fashion Industry
  • High level of pro-activity & willingness to learn in a high-tempo & evolving business
  • Studying a related Bachelor/HBO or MBO level studies, focusing on communication, management, marketing, production or fashion and already finished first year of study
  • Strong Capability across various software programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Keynote, MONDAY, ADOBE suite)
  • Fluent English language skills and an interest in retail/Fashion
  • Able to work at least 40h/week on internship responsibilities
  • A driver's license is an advantage
  • Available for 5 months starting in September 2026
  • Enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship
  • EU citizen, or on a Family/Partner visa, or non-EU student studying in the Netherlands meeting certain requirements
