Job Responsibility:
Content Creation: Assist in producing videos, graphics (infographics) and Pixel web content
Editing & Production: Edit video/audio, perform color correction, and manage A/V equipment
Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain multimedia libraries, ensuring event consistency
Research & Strategy: Gather data for content, brainstorm ideas, and help implement communication plans
Event Support: Provide photo/video coverage for events and conferences
Collaboration: Work with teams on projects, attend meetings, and liaise with stakeholders
Logistics Coordination: Assist in venue selection, vendor management, and the coordination of event materials like briefing notes and registration kits
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure all event activities align with brand messaging
Post-Event Reporting: Compile data for recap videos, highlight reels, and comprehensive performance reports, including attendee feedback
Requirements:
Pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's in Communications, Media, Design, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects), Canva, or Final Cut Pro
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
High organizational and multitasking abilities to manage tight event timelines
