Job Responsibility
Participate in preparation and review of project documents
Draft notes and prepare technical annexes
Prepare conceptual framework / concept notes
Collect, organize and analyze data
Contribute to production/preparation of documents, working papers
Assist in development of technical support for new interventions or projects
Undertake specific research and reviews
Contribute to preparation of knowledge and communication products
Participate in meetings and seminars
Analyze and compile background data for partnerships
Liaise and build networks
Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings and events
Support preparation of budgets, financial documents
Requirements
At least 20 years old
Currently enrolled and on the 3rd year or final year of Bachelor's degree
OR currently enrolled in second university degree, Master's or PhD degree or equivalent
OR completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree no more than 12 months prior to issuance of Internship Agreement
Excellent command of English or French (written and spoken)
Excellent knowledge of computer systems and office-related software
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to international working environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to have
Working knowledge of the other language (English or French)
