Terracon is offering exciting internship and co-op opportunities for students interested in gaining hands-on experience in consulting engineering. Whether you're passionate about geotechnical investigations, environmental solutions, construction materials testing, or facilities engineering, this program is designed to help you explore your interests and grow professionally. Opportunities are available all across the US to support our geotechnical, environmental, construction materials and facilities internships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work alongside experienced engineers and technicians in the field and lab
  • Participate in real-world projects and client interactions
  • Learn technical skills including sampling, testing, data analysis, and report writing
  • Receive mentorship and career guidance from industry professionals
  • Join a national intern cohort and present to executive leadership
  • Environmental interns receive paid 40-hour safety training before starting

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • BS degree in progress in a science or related field (environmental, safety, engineering, chemistry, biology, geology)
  • Less than one year remaining to complete their BS degree
  • Currently pursuing a BS or MS in a relevant engineering or science discipline
  • Strong interest in consulting and fieldwork
  • Eagerness to learn and collaborate
