Job Responsibility

  • Sample management for all incoming samples
  • Together with the Buying assistant responsible of preparing all documents and samples for weekly fittings
  • Together with the Buying assistant responsible for all buying/ ecommerce processes, together with the ecommerce team
  • Together with the Buying assistant responsible for checking bulk submissions
  • Together with the Buying assistant responsible for different processes in our order system SAP
  • Prepare data and product for business-critical meetings
  • General support of the Buying team
  • Together with the Buying assistant responsible for sample sale project management

Requirements

  • Able to prioritize workload, have good organizational skills and a good eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers and others at all levels
  • Highly motivated to learn and develop
  • A creative eye & Demonstration of a commercial aptitude
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Currently enrolled in a study, which is ideally Fashion/Retail/product related
  • Must be available for 5 months starting in September 2026
  • Must be enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship
  • Must comply with Dutch law regarding citizenship/visa status (EU citizen, Family/Partner visa, or non-EU student meeting specific criteria)
