Job Responsibility:
Production readiness and rate increase planning for major Boeing programs
Project management across manufacturing, engineering and operational initiatives
Engineering change tracking and implementation
Executive-level reporting and business performance analysis
Risk, issue and opportunity management (RIO)
Integrated scheduling and project planning
Manufacturing deep dives and operational problem solving
Audit and regulatory support activities including AS9100 and FAA certification environments
Continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives
Cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, quality and supply chain teams
Exposure to advanced composite manufacturing and automation technologies
Requirements:
Currently studying a bachelor's degree in business studies, Engineering or Commerce and have completed 3 years of study or
Have completed your studies in 2025
Applicants must be available to work full-time, onsite in Port Melbourne
Applicant must have full, unrestricted working rights for Australia
