Job Responsibility:
Assist in daily IT operations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting on-site technical needs
Participate actively in the on-site team operations, contributing to team meetings and collaborative problem-solving
Take the lead on small IT projects
Support daily operations in areas such as Hardware as a Service (HaaS) and SMITE
Collaborate with the Customer Loyalty Team to improve IT service delivery and customer satisfaction
Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and documentation of IT systems and infrastructure
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Business degree (ICT specialization is not required but advantageous)
Strong interest in and aptitude for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and project management
Excellent administrative and communication skills
Fluency in English (Dutch and French language skills are a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities
Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
