Job Responsibility:

  • Craft and publish internal communications that inspire and inform colleagues
  • Create and schedule social media content for external channels
  • Contribute to website updates, storytelling and creative campaigns
  • Support and help organize high‑energy staff events, including Mission Week & Lunch & Learn sessions
  • For Commercial: perform social listening, analytics and insights on website and campaign performance
  • For Operations: help strengthen internal engagement through events and communications
  • Partner with stakeholders, brainstorm creative ideas, and help shape communication strategy across the site

Requirements:

  • Basic foundation in communications
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn fast
  • Strong writing and summarizing skills
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
  • Good planning, organizing and initiative-taking
  • Fluent Dutch and/or English
  • Active listening skills and a team-focused approach
  • An open, proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate
  • Currently enrolled at a Dutch HBO or WO university
