Job Description:

The International Public Policy and EU affairs team in Brussels represents the interest of the TUI Group vis-à-vis decision makers and stakeholders on EU level. Tasks include stakeholder engagement, monitoring relevant EU policy, and contributing to digital and event organization. The intern will learn about EU institutions, policy analysis, and the political challenges and opportunities in tourism and aviation.

Job Responsibility:

Participation in TUI's public policy stakeholder dialogue on EU level and its coordination across TUI Group source markets
Administrative tasks related to the everyday management and organisation of the office
Contribution to existing formats for internal reporting and development of new formats where needed
Monitoring of EU legislative activities relevant for TUI and contributing to the preparation of briefings/presentations
Contribution to the digital footprint of the Corporate Office (i.e. social media, website, blogs etc.) and supporting the Director and the team in their everyday activities
Contribution to organisation of events (physical or virtual), including preparing concepts, invitation of guests and speakers and follow-up, preparing event content, practical organisation, communication activities

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of the EU Environment and Institutions
Fluent English is an absolute requirement
German, French, Dutch and other EU languages are an asset
Research and organisational skills
An open and communicative personality, motivated and hands-on
