• Listening and understanding of customer needs
• Drafting proposals (customer acquisition / loyalty)
• Assisting in the creation, realization and monitoring of clients’ accounts
• Monitoring online viral campaigns and eCRM programs
• Preparing and presenting campaign results
• Undertaking studies on Internet user’s profiles and behavior
